This study evaluates the levels of work-related stress among employees of the Jota Jota Banana Plantation. The stress test developed by Dr. Villalobos was applied to a sample of 32 workers, using a descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design. The instrument assessed physiological, social, occupational, and emotional dimensions of stress. Results showed that 90.6% of participants presented high stress levels, while 9.4% exhibited moderate levels. Additionally, a relationship between sociodemographic variables and stress dimensions was identified using Cramér’s V coefficient. The study concludes that there is a significant prevalence of work-related stress among the workers evaluated, which poses risks to their overall health. It is recommended to implement psychosocial prevention measures to mitigate its negative effects and promote workplace well-being.
