The present research deals with visual fatigue and technostress, the first was manifested as eye fatigue due to prolonged exposure to digital screens, while technostress is the stress and anxiety caused by constant connectivity and information overload. The objective of the research is to determine the levels of visual fatigue and technostress in the teachers of the Nuestra Señora de Pompeii Educational Unit. Two tests were applied: visual fatigue (CVSS17) and technostress (NTP 730), which were supplemented with sociodemographic variables. The surveyed population is: 31 teachers. The result of visual fatigue was: 6.5% Mild Level 2, 35.5% Moderate Level 3 and 58.1 Moderate Level 4; Regarding technostress: 54.8 5 low and 45.2 % medium, the correlation of variables was established by means of Cramer's V of the sociodemographic variables and the tests applied. The presence of mild and moderate visual fatigue by levels and low-medium technostress in the teachers of this educational institution is concluded, which reveals the need to implement preventive measures to reduce the effects of the problems detected.
